Minimum Diploma in any field.- Independent, and multitask with great attraction to details.- Self motivated, high organized and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.- Salary negotiable based on experience.**Responsibilities**:- Sourcing and negotiate for the best prices to match or lower than budgetary process.- Prepare purchase order for all material and other items base on the approved purchase requisition.- Follow up and handle whatever inquiries for estimation, project, store and other related department.- Keep and maintain an updated material pricing list regularly.- Assist superior on monitoring any domestic and oversea purchases.- Assist other department to handle and solve quality problem when needed.- Prepare expediting report.- To carry out all the assignments as per required by management from time to time.
