Purchasing Assistant

• Buy materials, components, equipment, and services using competitive suppliers at the negotiated price.
• Review of materials planning or replenish via PRV (Purchase Requisition Voucher) and MRP report. Included Firmed and Forecast Planning.
• PO Issuing to supplier checking and approval.
• Expediting Delivery with supplier.
• Coordinates diversified and complex purchasing activities with all functional departments acquiring goods and services in a cost-effective and timely manner.
• Performs cost analysis. Monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of the assigned suppliers to assure the highest quality at the best value.
• Monitors measurement of supplier performance and interfaces with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, capacity, and cycle time improvements.
• Monitors inventory levels and addresses shortage inventory issues.
• Updates pricing/standard costs to ensure all prices are transparent in the system.
• Apply SST and purchase as per SST regulation. Submit the SST reports regularly as per SST’s regulations.
• Assists in negotiating contracts with suppliers to achieve superior financial results.
• Works on Sourcing to recommend reliable new sources.
• Recommends cost-saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis, alternative sourcing and vendor evaluation, or compatible criteria.
• Work out all the RFQ with Sales Team.
• Maintain current awareness of Industry market trends.
