Purchasing Assistant

Negotiate trading term, terms of business with suppliers and the space management in the outlets and review opportunities to make business savings by utilising negotiation and procurement best practise tools and methods- Monitor the purchase orders which must be intact with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organisational targets and requirements- Ensure the space in the outlets is fully occupied to in line with organisational targets and requirement- Explore alternate sources and suppliers for goods with the best prices- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible- Other task assigned by superior from time to time**Requirement**:- Bachelor degree in Business/ Marketing/ Management or equivalent- Possess drive, initiative and enthusiasm towards duties assigned- Sound written and communication skills- Accountable, Independent and good follow up method- Able to work well with various department, supplier and respective person- Preferred a Mandarin speaking- Work well under pressure- Flexible, adaptable of approach to handle changing work requirement- MUST willing to work at **GONG BADAK, KUALA TERENGGANU****Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Negotiation: 1 year (preferred)- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)- Inventory system: 1 year (preferred)- Budgeting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)License/Certification:- B2/D (preferred)
