Purchasing Executive

requirements:- minimum 3 years working experience in construction field and knowledgeable in building materials is required for this position
- building/construction materials purchasing experience is a must
- candidate with quantity surveyor experience/ background is preferred
- able to work under tight- schedule and be required to multi-tasked
- independent, hardworking, honest , aggressive and responsible
- computer literate
- able to communicate in bahasa melayu, english and mandarinresponsibilities:- source for vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, check for product availability and terms of sales.
- maintain records of goods ordered and received
- preparation of daily, weekly and monthly purchasing reports
- prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies
- be able to interact and coordinate well with personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- responsible for full spectrum of procurement activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures
- assisting in iso audit and compliance
