_**JOB DESCRIPTION**_Handling procurement activities in the company to ensure company's operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.- **Requirement & Qualification**:_- Min Degree and above.- Proficiency in MS Office, Word and PowerPoint and purchasing software.- 3 years of experience as a procurement executive or in a similar position- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- **Main Roles & responsibilities**:_- Sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers, products and services, negotiating the best deal for the company - the highest quality product available for the lowest price while meeting company's operational requirements, client expectations and industry regulations.- Preparing proposals for the procurement of new / alternative goods and services.- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and standard procedures.- Generating purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs.
