Purchasing Executive

Research potential vendors- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Review the quality of purchased products- Enter order details into internal databases- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, or similar role from Construction/QS background- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)- Own Transportation- JWA Design & Build, YLY Plaza, Jalan Tuaran Bypass, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.- Can read & speak in Chinese- Working Hours : 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday)**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- On callSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)Expected Start Date: 03/15/2024
