**Location**: Kemena, Bintulu**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field of study- Work experience as a purchaser in dealing with suppliers to procure of machineries,- parts and materials, office equipment etc- Good communication in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu,- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skill- Possess own transport and able and keen to travel as and when required- Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for sourcing, developing, validating and communicating for local and overseas procurement related to kitchen cabinet products.- Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company's Standard Operating Procedure.- Monitor, plan and purchase the products required to ensure sufficient stock for production requirement.- Coordinate with Production and Store/Warehouse to source new raw material, packaging material and others to optimize inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs.- To review and update existing and new product costs and quality to recommend opportunities for cost optimization.- To prepare Purchase Order by comparing specifications and pricing, obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.- To monitor, expediate and follow up Purchase Order delivery status with suppliers.- Monitor all suppliers' Good Received Notes (GRN) into ERP System upon receiving- Invoices or Delivery Orders.- To manage duty exemption items.- Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers, internal team and other departments.- Submit weekly stock order compilation and monthly balance stock report to- Manager/Superior reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issues encountered.- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.
