LAB MED USA INCORPORATEDJob Highlights- Able to work from home- Monday to FridayWe are looking for a Purchasing Agency to join our team based in Malaysia.We are looking for the right people to do the work.Roles and Responsibilities:- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.- Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock.- Attending events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.- Updating all records of purchased products.- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.- Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years related working experience- Have the ideas about the terminologies such as MOQ, ETA, FOB.- Communication skills during phone call or Zoom meeting- Personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important- Good in time management, especially punctuality- Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores- Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal).- Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access.Be part of the growth story, send in your resume.
