Job requirement:1. Male/Female2. Experienced in Retail industry.3. Experienced in Retail stock take procedures, merchandising and purchasing.Purchasing:1. Responsible to identify, select and purchase stock that matched the retailer's requirement.2. collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order-to-order materials, goods and supplies and send them to the suppliers. review inventories and order as required.3. Responsible to source product outside when necessary.4. Compare the product quality and price and take photo if necessary for ED approval.5. To negotiate the price from supplier until the best deal.6. Monitoring of issuing purchase order and ensure that best price obtained for all purchased item.7. responsible for sourcing, developing and introducing product ranges that suit their stores and customer base.8. to ensure cost according to monthly budget.9. to supplier/vendor listing/registration, item listing, costing and update price change.10. to liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that required document or matters are completed timely.11. ensure that records are kept properly and handover of information is executed clearly.12. To achieve accuracy and time frame for purchasing activities based on individual job task.13. to work closely with store person in charge.14. Follow-up on supplier's delivery schedule.15. keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.16. Responsible any other duties as may assigned from time to time by management.17.
