Job Description:

Huntsman Global Business Servicesis looking for Purchasing Services Centre Manager, who will report to the Purchasing Management / Leadership. The incumbent will provide support to the Director in overall Project Synthesis management as the starting point. The key purpose of the role is to design & implement orientation and training program for the future organization. Support other related CI project that linked to Synthesis as assigned by the leader. The ideal candidate will be involved in process design, organization design, working closely with PwC to deliver project activities according to timeline, document all changes and impact to the new organization set up in KL.

What will your day to day look like?
Development and implementation of the procure to pay strategy, including policies for change management, communication, procurement related processes and tools within company standards of operational excellence and customer service.

Recruiting, managing, training and coaching of operational employees, setting objectives and maintaining a high level of performance within general company guidelines. Creation of KPIs and measurement.

Define, plan, manage and co-ordinate projects across regions and functions in alignment with both company and department strategy.

Continuously define improvement actions for optimizing end-to-end process performance.

Actively collaborate with other colleagues and entities within the organization and develop relationships with internal stakeholders.

Provide insights and actionable data as a center of excellence for purchasing processes and monitor key performance indicators, in line with the defined strategy. Create data visibility through operational reporting and dashboards.
Ensure processes are documented as required. Document process on file when necessary.

Ensure, follow-up and control the compliance of processes and organizational policies regarding environment, health and security standards.

Serve as a point of contact for operational audits.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (supply chain, CSM, purchasing,)

Minimum 2-3 years of team lead experience

Project management experience

English required (additional languages may be required/preferred depending on region)

Manages multiple teams and team leaders
