Purchasing Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor (Kemena)

**Job requirements**:- At least passed SPM- Working experience in Purchasing or store- Computer literate. Good in Microsoft Words & Excel**Essential Duties And Responsiblities **include the following:- Responsible for raising Purchase Requisition- Data entry and filing paperwork (Managing documents & files)- Prepares required procurement reports- Maintain records related to job assigned- Providing customer service (Handling external & internal communication - staff & suppliers)- Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information and quotation- Processes invoices, checking delivery order before sending to account department for payment.- Performed multifaceted general office support.- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
