Work you will do

This role will support the Client & Industry Team, Revenue Management Team and Pursuit Teams in the areas of pursuit management and pursuit-related reporting/administration.


Manage pursuits status on Deloitte's CRM system

- Follow-ups with Partners and Managers on pursuit status following submission of proposal
- Conduct clearance checks and notify Pursuit Partners and Managers of all pre-requisites/documentation to progress the pursuits through the next stages
- Point of liaison for Pursuit Partners to be connected to relevant back-office functions (e.g., Quality and Risk Management, Revenue Management or Schedulers)

Manage escalation and exception handling
- Manage escalation to the Senior Leadership Team if pursuits are not updated within a set period
- Inform Pursuit Partner on the exception process, where necessary

Develop weekly opportunity-related reporting

- Attend calls/business meetings to get accurate and up-to-date view on pursuit status
- Ensure timely and accurate pursuit-related reporting

Assist with administrative works

- Update pursuit status in Deloitte CRM system
- Helpdesk for Pursuit Partners when encountered difficulties in entering pursuits data or generating reports
- Support and educate the Pursuit Teams on end-to-end pursuits management
- Liaise and answer queries from back-office functions and Partners on pursuit status
- Manage SharePoint

If you are someone with:

- Degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting/Business Management/related subjects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A/Management reporting
- Highly process driven and strong attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter and initiative driven
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in Ms. Excel and comfortable in Ms. Word and PowerPoint
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment


- Basic problem solving and data analysis skills
- Business acumen
- Prior experience in professional service organisations
- Prior experience in CRM
