Job Summary : To ensure implementation of Quality and Environmental system, assist company to achieve quality goal and compliance to customer requirement and improve supplier quality consistency in the line customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Ensure quality of product meet customer specification and fitness for use
Prepare relevant quality report(weekly, monthly and quarterly) for management review
Responsible for customer's quality feedback and timely response as well as new/revised requirement
Work with various department on quality issues and customer feedback.
Process and continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction
Coordinate, lead and guide the matter of process discrepancy and product non-conformity
Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer and customer warranty)
To assist QA/QC Manager to identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions (8D) for product quality issues.
Customer return material authorization (RMA) verification.
To resolve all quality issues or irregular problem feedback by QA Inspectors/Production Operators
In-charge & ensure QC inspector perform inspection according to given Inspection Standards.
Continues work with supplier to improve process control to meet internal and customer requirements
Ensure customer's new/revised/additional requirement is properly channeled and practiced
Assist in new program development stage and phase in successfully
Enhance/upgrade employee personal skills from time to time
Perform any other task as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's in any field
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the
Preferably junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation study,
GR&R, MSA, SPC, IATF core tools, GD&T, QC 7 tools, Quality plan, product and process knowledge in manufacturing field
Good command of spoken & writing English for internal and customer communication
