Prestar Storage System Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia engaged in the manufacturing and trading activities. We are one of the leading manufacturers for Boltless Rack, Pallet Racking System and Shelving System. In line with our expansion market plan and rapid growth, we are looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy in our group office:-

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE - RAWANG, SELANGOR

Responsibilities :

To understand and plan process assurance procedure.
To understand process and highlight any abnormalities within the supply chain flow
To analyze and rectify any non-logical processes
To assists on setup of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Customer focus product quality assurance planning (follow up)

Responsible for SOP drafting & GMP audit.
To be responsible for conducting GMP audit on a quarterly basis
SOP drafting and revision master control
Report to HOD on any violation

To assist superior in ISO 9001:2015 roll out.
To follow up and update on the progress of SOP drafting & completion status for other department
To re-verify existing product specification load table feasibility

CCI, NCR follow up.
To follow up on any outstanding customer complain & update related filling requirement

Requirements :

Candidate must possess Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Business Administration or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Microsoft Quality Assurance knowledge (if any), working proficiency on Excel, PowerPoint and words.

Details oriented, independent, self-motivated, resourceful & proactive, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Willing to work in manufacturing / factory environment.

Required languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
