Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform food safety audit to ensure proper implementation of QMS/FSMS at restaurant level. Ensure restaurant compliance to Food Safety Standard and Standard Operation Procedure.
Coordinate HACCP program at restaurant level and ensure all HACCP program are being implemented as per requirement
Conduct investigation for all complaints (internal and customer complaints) in relation with product quality and food safety.
Maintain & update Halal Assurance Manual, maintain & update Halal database in the system and any issue related to Halal requirement.
Conduct product testing/evaluation for new /improved material approval.
Perform any other special task and project that has been assigned by superior.
Requirements
Degree's in Food Technology/ Food Science. Required training certification : HALAL Executive Training. Preferably with Food Handler Trainer certificate.
Min 3-4 years working experience in QA,? prefarably from the FMCG industry
Knowledge of HALAL, ISO, HACCP and GMP will be an added advantage
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Able to work independently, self-motivated with high level of commitment and integrity. Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in trouble-shooting
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication
Own a valid driving license and transport. Able to travel independently (40 - 50% traveling)
