Qa Inspector

Perform first-off inspection and testing, sampling inspection at defined interval frequency (In-process and printing inspection)- Utilize approval sample to determine the acceptance of printing or product appearance- Ensure relevant SIP, first-off sample, inspection jig or tools are displayed and available at work station during production operation.- Responsible for quality reporting on potential or actual product or process abnormalities.- Report timely and accurate resolution of all problems identified through the sampling process.- Perform receiving inspection of materials and supplies (Incoming Inspection)- Perform outgoing inspection of delivery finished goods (Outgoing Inspection)- Ensure a good housekeeping practices in the QC sample room and laboratory.- To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements.- To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.- Study problems which might be found in the regular sampling for possible causes and solutions.
