Qa/Qc Executive

Job Description QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT Degree in Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
Two years working experience in Flexible Packaging or related field.
SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Knowledge of ISO-******** and FSSC-22000 system preferred.
Able to work independently and have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall in-charge of QA/QC
Review and implement QA/QC system for process control raw materials and finished goods.
Issue specifications for all products for customer validation.
Set up laboratory testing protocols and monitor all incoming raw materials, process control and finished product testing.
Upgrade and maintain laboratory testing and equipment?s respectively.
Checking and verifying all testing parameters.
Supervising and motivating subordinates in their respective job function especially in colour matching and mixing of materials.
Preparing checking method and quality control procedures at each level of manufacturing.
Lead and plan internal audit for Quality and Food Safety Management System.
Maintain Document Control procedure and documentation in the organization.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Pest Control
Ensure ISO 9001 and food safety system requirements are followed accordingly.
Responsible for Audits and Audits actions follow-up.

To represent company during audit.
