Qa/Qc Supervisor

Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, co-ordinate and supervise all quality inspection.
Ensure that all products are in agreement with the customers? requirements and conform to the established company quality standards and specifications.
To generate Non-conforming Report (NCR) in the event of non-conformity found in the in-coming material or products.
Initiate corrections for non-conforming works and record the re-inspection in the Inspection Record with endorsement.
Responsible in calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment to ensure that all the equipment are in the excellent service condition.
Assess the degree of adverse effect on the previous measured work by the out of specification measuring and monitoring equipment.
Co-ordinate on the job and cross training for new personnel and other cross-functional departments? workers.
Train QC staff of inspection item.
AUTHORITIES
To authorize the release of finished product for delivery.
ISO9001, Sirim Product Certification
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIREMENT
Completed at least SPM or equivalent.
At least 2 years? experience in quality management function.
Analytically and technically inclined.
Strict and firm on quality issue.
Alert, observant and with supervising skills.
