QA1. In-process inspection - Diecasting, Secondary and Machining2. Perform checking using spectroanalyzer machines for daily production casting ingot3. Report to production Technician or supervisiors any quality matters for action taken4. To report to IPQC engineer if suspected process are producing defects parts or have abnormalities5. To put On Hold tag for lots that having problems and to report to IPQC engineers for further action.QC1. To perform inspection base on the checksheet requirement of products2. InforM/Feedback from time to time problem to superior by issuing the NCR (Non Conformance Report)3. Do visual inspection and dimensional inspection report as per sampling requirements4. Ensure non-conforming product is identified and segregated properly5. To monitor movement activity of rework, sorting and material requisition6. Educate production operators on the bew defects arise at customers7.
