1. Responsible for implementation of QMS requirement and ensure compliance; control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation; 2. Assist to perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management; 3. Verify quality requirements are specified to vendors and sub-contractor documentation submittals; 4. Support Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager and Chief Engineer on day to day QAQC matters and preparation of QAQC reports; 5. Assist to manage the submission of QAQC documentation for consultant approval, including method statement, material submission for approval, shop drawing, and other related documents; 6. Maintain QAQC records and ensure all project documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS. 7. Develop forms/checklists/flowcharts for QAQC activities; conduct audit in compliance with the QMS and contribute to system improvement; 8. Conduct Kick off meetings / QA training and activities with subcontractors; 9. Plan and organize mockup and trade demonstration to ensure compliance to approved method statement and inspection test plan; 10. Manage test schedule for RE/RTO witnessing and ensure compliance to project test requirements; 11. Conduct inspections to in-progress / completed works and ensure Works are in accordance to project specification and approved Shop drawings; 12. Raise report of any non-conformance and carry out root cause analysis; 13. Manage and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvement; 14. Manage subcontractors to clear defects and achieve required CONQUAS target; 15. Performs other duties as assigned by PM, DPM, Chief Engineer, QAQC manager. 16. Attend client quality management meetings; 17. Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements; 18. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site construction manager and site procurement manager. 19. Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the client representatives. 20.
