Qc Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
To establish & maintain R & D database
To arrange for physical properties cross- checking with LGM yearly
To familiarize with ISO 9001 & ISO/IEC 17025 quality system, Chemical analytical instruments and
rubber product / rubber technology.
To perform RoHS. REACH declaration to customers
To compile and analyze the R&D lab mixing record
To conduct lab testing instrument monthly/ bi- monthly verification
To conduct lab quick check daily
To calibrate, maintain QC and R&D testing equipment
To arrange for lab mix/ R & D samples
To establish, maintain QC and R & D testing equipment & lab cleaning schedule.
To involve in SIRM, customer and supplier audit
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience
Candidate from rubber compounding industry will be an added advantage
