JOB OUTLINE
To execute daily activity of product reliability testing, to cover sample preparation work, RMP sampling, Time=0 Inspection, pre/post testing, stringing & lamination material preparation, lamination activity and Cell/Coupon Testing. To support REL Engineers & Technicians on relevant and adhoc tasks.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1. Candidate must possess at the least a High School Qualification or equivalent.
2. Minimum working experience of 2 to 3 years in Quality or related field.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
1. Computer literate (Microsoft Excel).
2. Required skill(s): Team player, independent, meticulous, fast learner with problem solving mindset. Logical thinking and has a positive mindset.
3. Fluent in written and verbal Bahasa Malaysia and/or English language.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To support routine weekly sample collection referring to MES and tracking details.
2. Maintain sample accuracy and traceability.
3. Perform first level Visual and EL inspection – able to distinguish defects based on defined criteria.
4. Visual and EL time=0 data acquisition and reporting observed abnormalities from RMP sampling.
5. Support sample preparation activity, e.g. Stringing material, Cell Assembly, Cell Soldering, Pre/Post Electrical/IR/EL testing, Lamination material, cell/coupon testing and other cell/coupon test activity.
6. To ensure sufficient supply of prepared material for stringing & lamination.
7. Lab 5S maintenance (workstation cleanliness/storage/scrap).
8. To support Reliability Engineers & Technicians on all Product Reliability related activities.
9. Maintain logbook traceability of samples moving in and out of reliability lab.
10. Maintain and update all related documentations for RMP and Non-RMP submission.
11. To operate basic metrology tools to get measurements.
12. To complete given tasks within specified time.
13. Able to accommodate flexible shift working hours, OT support when needed/high request.
