Qc Inspector

1. Responsible for the inspection of the quality the glass in the front section of relevant process, test and do the appropriate record,and make an immediate and correct judgment on the product defects according to the internal control standards and relevant regulations
2. According to the provisions of the correct use of testing equipment and facilities,responsible for the daily maintenance calibration of the equipment used. If non-conforming found to inform the supervisor and engineers immediately and organize maintenance;
3. When non qualified products were detected, must immediately report to the quality supervisor or quality engineers. At night shift, in the absence of the leadership of the Department, the head office of the production department should report to the head of the production department and the duty manager immediately. If the corrective measures are invalid and there are still serious quality issue, the quality control supervisor shall immediately report to the relevant engineer.
4. Responsible for supervising and recording the implementation of quality promotion activities (TQM, self inspection, mutual inspection, etc.) in production process, and immediately feedback the problems found to quality inspection supervisor and chief engineer.
5. Responsible verify the production process of some basic performance test conducted,such as fragmentation test and make the appropriate record. If any abnormal situation, need to monitor quality inspection and report to engineer or supervisor immediately.
6. Complete other work assigned by department leader.
