Qc Inspector

Inspects components, products, labels, boxes, pouches and coatings visually and mechanically and accepts or reject products.- Process checking & record for any in process or plant trial.- Reads, understands and interprets engineering or technical specifications.- Maintain accurate inspection reports and report any abnormality found from product or process to superior.- Devise test methodology / instrumentation / fixtures to support QC inspection requirements.- Conduct P3I (Process, Product & People Improvement) audit and P3I program.- Involve in reject control and reduction program lead by QC Executive or Head of QC and working together with plant operation personnel.- Provide training to assemblers or other inspectors/technicians.- Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISOa) Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.b) Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department &Organization.c) Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.d) Adhere to ISO standards compliance.- Any other duties as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.Job Requirements:- Minimum Certificate / Diploma- Willing to work at Bemban, Batu Gajah, Perak**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Batu Gajah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/30/2023
