1.1 Inspection/survey hull structure, out-fitting, piping, machinery and welding inspection according to the specification and drawing. 1.2 Witness and monitor contractor do the any testing onsite (tank air test, piping pressure testing, tracing line) according to the standard requirement and writing the record testing. 1.3 Inspection of the material during construction related to the specification and drawing). 1.4 Supervise workers engaged in measuring and testing to make sure following the standard requirement (AWS, IACS, ASME, WPS, class rule, yard standard) 1.5 Coordinate with third party contractor carried out the NDT testing onsite (RT, MPI, PT and UT) onsite. 1.6 Monitor and control welder operator, workers fitter onsite to make sure following the welding procedure specification and drawing during construction. 1.7 Verify and follow up the any issue outstanding quality product and punch list comments by class or owner. 1.8. Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processes, materials, and products. 1.9 Witness and verify new welder qualification test. 1.10 Witness/inspection commissioning piping and machinery system with third-party and class surveyor. 1.11 Interface with project team related any quality issue onsite. 1.12.
