Details of the offer

Job Description Job posting in Penang for first 6 months depending on project and transfer to Selangor upon project completion.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing industry
Able to use QC measuring tools i.e (smartscope, calipers, microscope and etc), product sorting etc.
Familiar with plastic / polymer or Injection Moulding activity
Working hours: 830 - 500 pm Mon - Saturday (OT is provided)
Section: IQC, IPQC, OQC
Job Description:
To conduct incoming, in process and outgoing check for all parts
Perform IQC part confirmation sampling check on appearance according to AQL level
Carry out measurement and verification in accordance to part 3D drawing
Perform reliability test for all FG
Color confirmation for in process part
Maintain proper documentation for all procedures
Provide review/ refresh/ new part training to QC inspector
Support sorting activities if any abnormality found
Timeliness - ensure that activities are carried out according to schedules.
Other areas which may contribute to the success of QC/QA department
