What you'll be doing
Product Conformances Verification & Validation and Troubleshooting : Review the evaluation of Product Document (BMR) prior each production, follow up on the status of batch release and issue relevant document such as COA/COC after successful release of batches according to Nexteamwork pre-defined standards.
Ensure daily Quality Control activities run smoothly without issue in postponement of release that may affect planned arrangement/customer satisfaction.
Continual Improvement (Process and Product) : Continual improvement on Control of NC and inspection procedures to minimize grey areas.
Assists to drive process improvement by working with product to review, improve method/control to reduce wastage or processing time.
Control and prevention of counterfeit products by ensuring all process and procedures established in Quality Plan, Procedure & Work Instruction is thoroughly followed.
Creates validation processes to identify and address quality deviations to shape our quality standards.
Complaint Handling : Handles and investigates customer/product complaint and return.
Manage and coordination of product recall.
Compliance : Manages safety procedures, regulatory and authority requirements (legal/compliance obligation procedure).
Prepare regular audit reports for submission to regulator for new application/license renewal (if required).
Assists to manage organizational wide FOD/5S activities, 5S audit to ensure 5S practice in place throughout whole organization.
Manages and monitors the HALAL Management System and prepare all related documents needed for HALAL certification application/renewal.
Document System Maintenance : Manage critical documentation for releases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Verify/sign off daily QC records/test results and ensure the maintenance of quality records/documents are in place at all times for traceability purposes.
Assessment, Communication and Support : Advises approval/rejection/status for all Quality Inspection on case-to-case/according to severity basis (product/material).
Verifies calibration and maintenance schedule.
Organizes and coordinates the audit schedule.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work with various teams to implement improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
Provides training to all cross-functional team that involved in manufacturing of the products.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Science / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Quality Assurance.
Minimum 2 years' experience in chemical and quality.
Proficiency in Chemical Handling, Laboratory Operations, Chemistry and Chemical Compounds, Mathematics, Data Analysis and Statistical Methods.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with hands-on experience of a variety of QA deliverables.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Able to articulate chemistry, technical, laboratory operational issues and solutions across all levels in the organization.
Detailed oriented problem-solvers who can work independently to meet deadlines and initiate process improvements.
Knowledge of non-hazardous and hazardous chemicals, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), ISO 9001, ISO 9100D, ISO 13485 would be an added advantage.
