Quality Assurance Executive

To implement the Quality Assurance Program to achieve zero defect including incoming raw material, process and packaging and pre-delivery activities.- Lead QA team, coordinating and monitoring QA activities to ensure product quality conform to customers' requirements management system.- Investigate and initiate the 8D report for any quality failure or non-conformity reported by customers.- Communicate with customer and related department for routines production quality reports, documentation, QMS processes & maintenance.- Establish and maintain internal audit program, plan, register of internal auditors & coordinating external audit (ISO9001 & 3rd Party Audits).- Establish and maintain effective corrective action in eliminating causes of non-conformity to prevent recurrence.- Responsible for periodic review and update of departmental documents (SOP/WI/OCAP/OPL).- To practice 5S activities in workplace, conduct 5S audit & closure follow up.- Participate in ensuring good practice in EHS & compliances.- Equipped with flexibility in cross departmental job / function assignment.- To perform other ad hoc as assigned by supervisor.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
