Basics Salary+ EPF + SOCSO with Attractive Bonus (depending on Experience), starting from RM3,000/month
Requirement
Malaysian only, diploma in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry, or food industry management.
Determined & responsible, able to challenge for achieving targets
Experienced in HALAL, ISO 22000, MESTI, GMP & HACCP is an added advantage
Aggressive & positive attitude
Able to think and work by his own time
Stay in the vicinity of Kepong, Sg Buloh, PJ, Puchong, Klang, Subang OR Shah Alam area

Job tasks:
Responsible for ensuring that food products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities.
Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.
Meet with other supervisors and inspect facilities for compliance with standards, determining methods to resolve any issues that arise.
Review customer feedback and respond to any complaints.
Prepare reports on food quality status to relay to owners and upper-level management and may keep records of all tests and inspections that have been conducted.
Food quality assurance managers must be knowledgeable about all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations. Common standards managers are expected to be familiar with inclusive of MESTI, HALAL, HACCP & GMP ISO 22000, if possible.
