Quality Control Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:- Monitor the life cycle of the shipments and track status;- Handle problematics cases and review and allocate CCTV;- Monitor the regional acceptance and delivery standards, provide details, and impose penalties;- Handle problematic parcels, damage, and checking address;- Coordinate the response to major operational unusual events;- Other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as and when required.**Job Requirements**:- Able to use Microsoft Excel, such as analyzing data and generating reports.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Good communication skills to deal with customers.**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift
