Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Monitor & control the project income, turnover & cost/margin as per project planning. This include preparation of information of the project status review/risk review to the project team and department management.
Taking off quantities for tendering project and prepare tender documentation.
Preparation of bills of quantities.
Preparation of progress claim for subcontractors and to client.
Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time, project cost control, etc.
Analysing tender outcomes and writing detailed progress reports;
Responsible to attend joined valuation and final measurement.
Liaison with clients and sub-contractors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating of all kinds of building and civil works, including design and build arrangements.
Well verse with Pre & Post contract and tender preparation is an advantage.
Able to manage multiple projects, liaison with clients, contractors and local.
