Quantity Surveyor Executive

Job Requirements: 1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. 2. Relevant experience in Construction field. 3. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage (Due to have to communicate with China contractor) 3. Hardworking, responsible, punctuality. Job Description: 1. Prepare construction contract/ Letter of Award. 2. Prepare and value of claim, correspondence, final account, etc. 3. To prepare sub-contractor progress claim and site valuation. 4. Liaise with Project, Construction Department, Design Department, Account Department, etc. 5. To prepare BQ, taking-off, costing & other paper works. 6. Sourcing of contractors, arrange interview, follow-up, negotiate with contractors. 7. To prepare main claims and reports. 8. To coordinate with Consultants including to obtain signatures, etc. 9. Other ad-hoc tasks from the Management/HOD from time to time.
