Quantity Surveyor Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To assist in carrying out pre-contract and post contract activities.
• To assist in preparing quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents.
• To prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.
• To prepare and maintain subcontractor’s Workmen Compensation, Insurance All Risks and Performance Bond.
• To take off quantities from drawings and prepare bill of quantities.
• To assist in purchase and control of construction materials for the company.
• Willingness to travel to sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Equivalent.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autocad.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Candidates must be hard working, diligent and able to work independently.
