Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:- RESPONSIBILITIES:- To prepare all the tenders documents, request for quotation and contracts.- Responsible to verify, cost-control of all suppliers, sub-contractors, workers.- To monitor all variation order are well recorded and claimed.- Responsible to prepare post project budget, keep cost control on check throughout the project.- Ensure every progress claim, certifications and invoices to client issued on timely basis by account department and submit final account (call sheet)- Research for new and better vendors/sub-cons from time time.- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Computer literate with knowledge in Auto Cad, MS Office, Ms Excel and MS Project- Minimum 5 years experience required- Diploma or Advance Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Constructions, Architecture or others with relevant experience and expertise and working practice in interior construction materials.- Possesses own laptop to work**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
