Quantity Surveyor

To initiate, prepare, coordinate, take off quantities, price, compile, check and to complete Project Tender Document Submission. - To check and ensure that all relevant documents submitted to Client and Consultants from the office are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the Contract Agreement. - To coordinate, check, verify and evaluate all relevant document for the interim Progress Claims and Interim payment Certificates, inclusive of documents from Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers - To initiate and conduct the joint inspection for valuation of work done with external and internal stakeholders, as and when necessary. Requirements - Minimum level of education : Degree In Quantity Surveyor - 3 or 4 years of experience - Good at English & Melayu - Driving License and Own TransportEngineering Works Electrical Work Supply of ElectricalBachelor's or Equivalent
