Quantity Surveyor

1) Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills ofquantities, quotations and other documents.2) Agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractorswho work on the construction of the project3) Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for theproject4) Track changes to the design and/or construction work andadjust budget projections accordingly5) Monitor and control costs throughout the project.6) Value the work done on site and arrange payments forsubcontractors7) Run cost analyses for ongoing repair and maintenancework.8) Liaise with the client and other construction professionals,such as site managers, project managers and site engineers**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,325.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)
