**PRE-CONTRACT**1. Assist in preparing documents for tendering works i.e. Packaging, list of RN proposed by Section (if any)2. Assist in preparing Build-up Rate (data collection)3. Preparing NOD and NOE (BQ preparation)**POST-CONTRACT**1. Review and check documentation claims related to quantity, calculation, rates, deduction, overlapping etc.2. Prepare pro forma invoice and submit to PBT for endorsement and copy to Finance Department for producing invoice after PBT approval3. Record and reporting on payment matters4. Attend site valuations together with SV and PBT representative5. To ensure all rates must refer to SOR or need to prepare build up rate for new items (if any)6. Prepare Certificate of Payment and summary of interim payment7. Communicate regularly with contract staff and subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, always understood and followed8. Responsible in identifying the claim to be submitted to PBT9. Checking the claim document prepared by Contract Executive10. Preparing the BQ for AK work at section office11. Verified all claims after review by the engineer**OTHERS**1. CMMS2. Negotiate with client due to contractual maters3. Assist Section Manager in preparing the summary regarding to claim matter4. Assist Section Manager in monitoring the Contract Executive at section office5.
