Quantity Surveyor

**Job Vacancies**- Quantity Surveyor ( Fresh Graduates encourage to apply)- Location: Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu.- Responsible for pre and post contract management, construction cost, procurement, progress report, site valuation, interim payment, variation order, final accounts.- Responsible for tender costing, analysis and documentation and assist in negotiation with tenderers.- Responsible for taking off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.- Prepare tender & contract documents.- Site measurement and re-measurement of Works.- Advise on dispute resolution between parties involved.- Attend technical and site meeting.**Job Requirements**:- 2 - 3 years working experience (Priority for those who had experience working in QS firm)- Must possess own transport and able to travel outstation if necessary.- Self-motivated, have good communication skills and strong problem solving skills.- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Malay.- Able to work overtime(Attn: Sr Mohd Arif Bin Muda)Deadline: 15th Februari 2024**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Terengganu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Relocate before starting work (required)
