Quantity Surveyor

job description Responsibilities: To handle project tender process such as study project requirements, terms and conditions Estimate, calculate cost and compile information for intended project bidding adhere to clearly defined standards and quality. Measure and prepare bill of quantities Prepare tender documents for bidding Assessments and preparation of main contract(s) Evaluate and study design and construction drawing Monitor and preparation of progress claims, final accounts and certificate, as well as subcons' claims Site visit if required Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.  3 years and above of experience in QS for building material works such Possess knowledge on construction costs and contracts. Proficiency in AutoCad or other drawings Familiar with tender procedure Efficient in cost planning Skill required: AutoCAD / MS Office Excellent problem solving and mathematical skills
