Quantity Surveyour / Project Manager

Your responsibilities shall be carried out your duties independently or assisting Project Director- Provide overall support and coordination effort to client in the progress of the project- Preparing Tender and costing for the project- Manage overall transmittal form or letter submission of the project- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of site operation- Liaise closely with consultant, authorities, client and contractor to ensure smooth operation- Coordinate with supplier and sub-contractors on project matter- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.- Map out overall Master Program and Projected S-Curve for project financial cash flow- Ensure projects meet customer quality and standard*- Minimum of 5 years experience in building construction or commercial building- Able to work independently- Willing to work beyond working hours to meet deadline- Possess own transport with a valid driving license- Possess CIDB Green Card- Proficient in English and Malay**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Flexible hoursSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepala Batas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- QS and Civil Engineering: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)
