A multinational FMCG manufacturer that is well-established in the industry.
Based in Johor.
Your new roleYou are responsible for leading the R&D department of the organisation and work closely with regional teams within the company.
You are responsible for overseeing New Product Development (NPD) processes from initial concept to market launch, including development, shelf life studies, and technical data sheets (TDS) and more.
Manage and optimise all initiatives for both innovative and improvement projects.
Handle new product development and recipe transfers from the headquarters.
Actively design and implement R&D operational procedures for continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeedBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Technology or equivalent.
More than 7 years of experience in R&D in food, beverage or oleochemical manufacturing.
Knowledge of food technology and formulation, food analysis and fat chemistry will be an added advantage.
