R&D & Training Chef (Senior Commis/ Cdp Level) - Multiple Locations

General responsibilities:
• Develop new recipes & SOP implementation for Yun Bridge Noodle & Yun Xiang Guo
• Weekly Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC) kitchen check for all Yun outlets
• Assist in hiring process (interview potential candidates)
• Provide training to kitchen staff
• Food cost management & inventory management for all outlets
• Assist in day to day operations for certain outlets
Requirements:
• Senior Commis/ CDP Level chef in Chinese cooking
• Communication Skills
• Outlet and staff management skills
• Possess own transport
• Able to travel to multiple outlets within Klang Valley
