**Key Responsibilities**:- Greeting patients as they arrive at the office, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate area.- Scheduling appointments for patients and managing the dental office's calendar.- Managing patient records and ensuring they are up to date, organized and confidential.- Billing and insurance management, including verifying insurance coverage and submitting claims.- Managing inventory and ordering supplies for the dental office.- Preparing financial reports and managing budgets.- Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, and photocopying documents.- To assist marketing team in making phone call to check on the status of the project or task.- To carry any duties that have been assigned by the company or management.**Requirement**:- Must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.- Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants.- Good time management and organizing skills.- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.- Willing to learn.- Proficient in using computer software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Retention bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- This job is currently in Kuala Lumpur, will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Kuala Lumpur for this job if hostel is provided?**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa (required)- Mandarin (required)Shift availability:- Day Shift (required)- Night Shift (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
