We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recreation Manager to oversee all recreational at our resort.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:The Recreation Manager will play a key role in creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they have access to a diverse range of recreational options and entertainment during their stay- Plan, organize, and implement a comprehensive recreation program that caters to guests of all ages and interests.- Introduce innovative and exciting activities, events, and entertainment options to enhance the overall guest experience.- Supervise and manage recreational facilities, including pools, sports courts, and activity centers. Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety standards.- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of recreation staff.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service.- Implement guest suggestions and continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.- Develop and manage the recreation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.**EXPERIENCES**:- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other departments- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- Weekend jobsApplication Question(s):- will you able to work based at PULAU REDANG, KUALA TERENGGANU**Experience**:- Recreation/ Marine Sport: 3 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Terengganu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Relocate before starting work (required)
