The Job

You will be responsible for :
Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications based on company needs Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using different databases, social media, and Universities. Connecting with talent hubs such as Universities, or youth associations to attract talents. Screening candidates resumes and job applications. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Driving the use of HR recruiting best practices. Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Promoting the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
The Profile
You have a Master degree in relevant business disciplines, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from University of Malaya, NUS, TsingHua University or equivalent. You have at least 3 years of experience in international recruitment Hands-on experience with ATS, CMS, HRMS and other related skills are required You are able to conduct different types of interviews and selection processes. You have excellent computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese is required to liaise with candidates and clients. Additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
