You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Job Description:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on company needs Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using different databases, social media, and Universities. Connect with talent hubs such as Universities, or youth associations to attract talents. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Promote the company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
Ideal Profile
At least 3 years of experience of international recruitment in Hays Malaysia, JAC Recruitment, Michael Page, Jobstreets or equivalent company. Master degree in relevant business discipline, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from University of Malaya, NUS, TsingHua University or equivalent. Hands-on experience with ATS, CMS, HRMS and other related skills. Ability to conduct different types of interviews and selection processes. Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with candidates and clients, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable. Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. Preferred languages: Japanese and Korean
