Lime is adding a full-cycle Recruiter to our Recruiting team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will recruit across multiple functions within our corporate and technical teams within APAC, while being a strategic partner with the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing experience with the ability to build candidate pipelines and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization. You will be comfortable and have experience working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to recruit for a variety of positions.
What You'll Do
Own the full-cycle recruiting process within our Penang office
Source candidates from a variety of resources and build a pipeline of strong candidates
Work closely with Lime hiring managers to understand open positions and team needs
Build job descriptions and offer packages based on position and compensation requirements
Negotiate salaries to successful close candidates
Post, maintain and track job listings
Schedule and support to arrange interviews as needed
About You
4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple avenues (web/social/professional networks, etc.)
You have built and maintained a broad network of professional relationships
Prior experience in a fast-growing, dynamic start up
Excellent people skills
Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethic
Creative mindset and a sense of urgency
Ability to thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
