**Date**:Aug 8, 2023**Location**: Nilai, MY**Company**:AkzoNobelThis position will be supporting the Sales Manager in promoting and selling range of Powder to new and existing specified potential customers by utilising Akzo's sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO and with the aim of increasing Akzo market share and profitability.**Responsibilities**- Introduce, promote and sell Akzo Powder to allocated customers and geographical territories through egular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.- Promote powder by co-ordinating marketing activities and campaigns to achieve sales budget.- Execute of sales policies and marketing activities in line with company rules and regulations to support business growth, uniformity and business efficacy.- Have a strong follow up on collection as per assigned target to ensure that company working capital conditions remain healthy- Maintain good relationship and provide high quality services to existing customers and attending to customer's complaints.- Create and maintain data and be an active user of CRM- Co- ordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer services- Liaise with the customers market and respond to enquires, introducing products and services to customers- Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within own designated geographical area together wiht Sales Manager.**Qualifications**- Prossess at least an education level of Diploma- At least 2 years of working experience in Industrial Sales- Have great communication skill and team work spirited- Sales hunter and like to build relationship- Willing to travel- Acts on own initiative, make things happen and accepts responsibilities for the result- Adheres to company rules and procedures, excutes plans with commitment and determination, achieves high quality result- Communicates in a a clear, precise and structured way, speak with authority and conviction, present effectively.- Identifies and seizes commercial opportunitie, has a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability- Quckly unserstands and analyzes complex issues and problem, come up with sound and rational adjustments.- Uses a methododical and systematic approach, plan ahead, defines clear priorities, and allocates resources effectively- Builds a useful network of contracts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives.- Co-operates well with others, share knowledge, experience, and information, supports others in the pursuit of team goals.- Develops an ambitious but realistic business vision and translates it into a workable stratagy
