Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energeticRecruitment Specialistto join our regional organization.
This role is critical in delivering high quality candidates and helping advance our employer brand across markets and professional communities for our Regional locations, while guiding candidates through the selection process.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing recruitment plan based on company business objectives and ensure meeting manpower requirement for Malaysia and other offices in Asia.
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with country managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update the internal trackers to ensure accurate records of candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong communication skills in English.
Fluency in Mandarin would be a strong advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
