About the Role:

Reporting to: VP & GM – Beverage EUM
The market has seen tremendous changes for the past few years, in terms of the Beverage category. Consumers have become savvy in what they want to consume, to be healthier and are willing to explore new flavours. Aligned with Kerry’s Global Strategy to develop regional Category Strategies as a dynamic integrated team across the markets, led by category experts, we are looking for a passionate leader with solid knowledge of Refreshing, Nutritional, & Dairy Beverages to build insight-driven category strategies, create tangible product concepts, and partner with the commercial teams to execute these to deliver on the ambitious target we have for the region.
If you have a real passion for Refreshing, Nutritional, & Dairy Beverages and a proven track record of delivering across these categories then you are the perfect candidate for this role. The core requirement of this role is developing a market and submarket priority-led strategy, underpinned by Kerry’s beverage technologies to drive business growth in in both current customers and lead business development into new customers.
You will be working with the most famous consumers brands, facing top professionals of this industry and deliver the best tasting and nutritional beverages into the market, collaborating with other business functions to maximise the opportunity for Kerry and to build the strongest insights to win.

Key Responsibilities:
•Define the South Asia Pacific (SAP) Refreshing, Nutritional, & Dairy beverage’s strategy and implementing across the region
•Working across the regional teams to develop their own strategic plans and build alignment by sharing best practices across North Asia, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent & Africa
•Monitoring performance of the plans and refine the stretch targets to meet the overall category P&Ls for South Asia Pacific region
•Defining and approve the right opportunity criteria, to ensure the right quality of the pipeline that is align to the strategy for the region.
•Providing regional guidance to sales team to identify winning opportunities that are aligned to the overall strategy
•Manage and own the strategic direction of our regional products portfolio to ensure readiness to deploy
•Owning strategic projects for global and key customers to develop a well-represented key account plan across South Asia Pacific
•Create and build clear product value proposition that differentiate from competitor
•Identify potential gaps in the technology & product portfolio for investment decision
•Collaborating with Strategic Marketing to create new opportunities to consumer test and analyse opportunity for technologies in the categories
•Overseeing the execution and launch of Innovation platforms with strategic customers and sharing the learnings and insights to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
•You should be both a strategic and hands-on Food and Beverage industry professional with at least 8 to 10 years of excellent track record within the sector
•The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be able to build a strong Kerry network - this will help to understand the Kerry organisation and to better leverage resources to meet our strategic priorities
•The role requires someone who will work at pace consistently in order to meet the requirements of our customers
How would success look like for the role:
•The success of this role will be measured against the long-term growth in Refreshing, Nutritional, & Dairy categories in South Asia Pacific
•Meeting P&L performance against the annual budget targets
•Increase in Gross Margin, as well as conversion rates with strategic customers
•Ensuring there is a healthy flow of quality pipeline across South Asia Pacific
